TNA

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is the process in which the organization identifies training and development needs of its employees so that they can do their job effectively. It involves a complete analysis of training needs required at various levels of the organisation.
As per the HRDC’s TNA Scheme, firms conducting TNAs will receive a refund of an amount equivalent to 25% of their eligible Grant Refund subject to a ceiling of:

  • Rs 75,000 if the TNA is conducted by certified In-house resource persons approved by the HRDC and
  • Rs 150,000 if the TNA is conducted by an outside firm/consultant approved by the HRDC.

PMS

A performance management system (PMS) helps management establish clear performance expectations through which employees can easily understand what is expected of their job. It helps managers reinforce the right behaviour in their people.
An effective PMS typically includes three broad elements: goal setting, performance review and a performance improvement process. Our HR Consultants will accompany your Leadership in designing a PMS that is adapted to your organization (in line with your mission, vision and core values).

HR Audit

An HR Audit involves an objective assessment of an organization’s HR policies, procedures and practices. This type of comprehensive review of the company’s current state can help identify whether specific practice areas or processes are adequate, legal and effective.

The results obtained from this review can help identify gaps in HR practices, and HR can then prioritize these gaps in an effort to minimize lawsuits and regulatory violations, as well as to achieve and maintain competitiveness in key HR practice areas.

Outplacement

When an organization makes the tough economic decision to lay off employees, any assistance the company provides is appreciated. Our outplacement service is intended to help employees find work or start a new venture following a layoff, or job loss.

This service is refundable by the HRDC, as long as the people are still in employment at the time of the training.
